len goldberg
Founder and general manager
Len has been managing IMAGETEQ’s projects and operations since 1999. Prior to IMAGETEQ, Len was a project manager with Oracle Corporation's Web Applications group. Before Oracle, Len worked at General Electric as an engineer, project manager, and consultant including postings in California, North Carolina, Switzerland and Japan. Len Goldberg holds a B.S. and M.S. in engineering from UC Berkeley.

founder and sales manager
Since 1999, Nancy has been overseeing IMAGETEQ's business strategy, sales, and client relationships. Previously, Nancy worked as an executive at an international educational services company before leaving to co-found her own firm, focused on online training, specialized software offerings, and student exchange. Nancy studied Business Management at the American University of Paris and holds a BA degree in Philosophy from University of San Francisco. Among her many other talents, Nancy speaks Swiss German and French.
rajan jena
chief TECHNOLOGY OFFICER
Rajan brings a strong educational and industry background to his position as Chief Architect, with a master's degree in computer science and over 20 years of IT experience. He has extensive experience in business process modeling, object-oriented design and data modeling, as well as proven expertise in architecting technical solutions for highly complex problems. Rajan has worked on data-warehousing systems, e-commerce applications (including supply-chain application integration), secure data transfer and communications applications, real-time inventory management applications and iTV solutions. Rajan also has a wealth of international experience under his belt, having worked in Beijing on online trading applications for the Asia-Pacific market. He has an MS in Computer Science from University of Oklahoma and an MCA (Master in Computer Applications) in M.I.S. from Regional Engineering College in Rourkela, India.
Kent Daniel

For more than 25 years, Kent has facilitated the adoption of nascent technology platforms, building new LOBs and generating 100s of million in revenue. Kent is a growth specialist. He has a proven track record working in, and with, Fortune 500, start-up, and international companies across a broad range of technology areas including consumer electronics, telecommunications, media and gaming. He has worked in customer-facing roles at Microsoft, Paramount and Scholastic as well as start-ups WebTV and ZoneTV. Kent understands how to create strategic alliances and partner ecosystems that provide better user experiences for customers and sustainable businesses for the partners. He holds an MBA in finance from NYU and has been an advisor to IMAGTEQ since 2019.
jim pavlovcak

Prior to joining IMAGETEQ in 2010, Jim worked for many years in the financial industry and has been instrumental in driving various process and technology initiatives within our company. A Cleveland native, Jim has over 20 years of technical experience, including broad client/server and web architecture experience and expertise in data modeling. His multiple Microsoft certifications, his ability to solve extremely complex problems and his many other special skills make him uniquely qualified to lead our development efforts. He holds a BS degree in Mechanical Engineering and has a Master's in Computer and Information Science.
