len goldberg
Founder and CEO
Len has been managing IMAGETEQ’s projects and operations since 1999. Prior to IMAGETEQ, Len was a project manager with Oracle Corporation's Web Applications group. Before Oracle, Len worked at General Electric as an engineer, project manager, and consultant including postings in California, North Carolina, Switzerland and Japan. Len Goldberg holds a B.S. and M.S. in engineering from UC Berkeley.
Rajan Jena
Chief technology Officer
Rajan brings a strong educational and industry background to his position as Chief Architect, with a master's degree in computer science and over 20 years of IT experience. He has extensive experience in business process modeling, object-oriented design and data modeling, as well as proven expertise in architecting technical solutions for highly complex problems. Rajan has worked on data-warehousing systems, e-commerce applications (including supply-chain application integration), secure data transfer and communications applications, real-time inventory management applications and iTV solutions. Rajan also has a wealth of international experience under his belt, having worked in Beijing on online trading applications for the Asia-Pacific market. He has an MS in Computer Science from University of Oklahoma and an MCA (Master in Computer Applications) in M.I.S. from Regional Engineering College in Rourkela, India.
Bonnie gerrish
Head Project Management
Bonnie is a native of Maine and currently based outside Nashville, TN. In her 10+ years with Imageteq, her open communication style, sharp analytical eye, collaborative approach to problem-solving, and strong focus on details has helped to guide complex IT initiatives from concept to completion. As the Head of Project Management, she has leveraged her expertise within the telecom, banking and communications industries - helping to deliver high-impact solutions tailored to unique client needs.
In her personal time, Bonnie enjoys spending time hiking with her dogs, caring for her growing flock of chickens, and spending time with local seniors during her weekly volunteer work with Meals-on-Wheels.
Dhruva Sharma
Vice President Growth
A seasoned leader with nearly two decades of experience, Dhruva has a proven track record in driving new business development strategy and execution for startups, SMEs, and conglomerates alike. Dhruva is a specialist in remote and field sales, adept at organizing, structuring, and winning complex SaaS deals with customers spanning the USA, Europe, APAC, and India. An active evangelist and subject matter expert, he passionately promotes organizational offerings, leading seminars and presentations at trade shows across the globe.
In his personal time, he enjoys immersing himself in science fiction, is a massive Star Trek fan and loves reading Lord of the Rings. He also stays active with cardio training and has a passion for traveling.
Juhani Smith
Lead Software engineer
Juhani is an accomplished Software Engineer based in Phoenix, AZ, with over 15 years at Imageteq. He is recognized for his attention to detail, ability to solve complex problems and talent for fostering effective team collaboration. Throughout his career, Juhani has played a key role in delivering innovative, high-quality software solutions that meet both technical and business needs.
Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family & pets, playing the piano, and appreciating art, music & technology.

Prior to joining IMAGETEQ in 2010, Jim worked for many years in the financial industry and has been instrumental in driving various process and technology initiatives within our company. A Cleveland native, Jim has over 20 years of technical experience, including broad client/server and web architecture experience and expertise in data modeling. His multiple Microsoft certifications, his ability to solve extremely complex problems and his many other special skills make him uniquely qualified to lead our development efforts. He holds a BS degree in Mechanical Engineering and has a Master's in Computer and Information Science.
